Greater Southern Tier BOCES (GST BOCES) has announced the completion of the 13-acre solar field at their Bush Campus on Philo Road, in Elmira, NY.
HUNT was proud to work with GST BOCES, providing Site/Civil Engineering services for their new ground-mounted solar array. HUNT teamed with Renovus Solar on the design of the installation of the 4.095 MW DC solar photovoltaic (PV) system.
Hunt was recently acknowledged in a recently released press release:
"Taking years to come to fruition, the GST BOCES solar field was a dream prior to the pandemic and was executed through three changes in leadership. District Superintendent Saglibene and two previous superintendents, James Frame and Kelly Houck, worked with HUNT Engineers, Architects & Surveyors to move this initiative forward and determine the best location for the project."
