We are proud to announce that Chad Snowburg, AIA has accepted an offer from the current shareholders to join them as an owner of the firm at HUNT Engineers, Architects & Surveyors, joining 16 other members of the ownership team.
Chad joined HUNT in 2005 as an Architectural Designer. After serving in the Navy, Chad received an associate degree from the ITT Technical Institute, then worked for another area architectural firm prior to joining HUNT. Chad has had a variety of responsibilities in his growth at HUNT developing into a Senior Project Manager and one of our Architectural Team Leaders. Over his career, Chad has led diverse and rewarding projects but was, and is, primarily focused on K-12 School projects. Most recently, Chad has been leading our largest current K-12 project. Chad earned his Architectural License in 2021 and became an Associate in 2022.
While the importance of leading our largest client should not be undersold, Chad has also been a leader in our approaches and standards, most recently accepting the challenge of leading a important internal initiative. We look forward to Chad’s further leadership participation.
Chad and his wife Sarah currently reside in New York. Their son Anthony is currently serving in the Navy and daughter Lily is graduating from high school this year. Chad and Sarah enjoy hiking, and after some experiences out west are looking to tackle some of the Adirondack peaks.
