Guthrie officials purchased a former CVS store in downtown Sayre with the goal of opening an outpatient clinic supported by staff from their nearby hospital and offering easy access to the community. 

Building on previous teaming efforts, Guthrie subsequently charged HUNT with providing the comprehensive design services – site to interior design – necessary to renovating and adding to the 20,000 SF facility. 

Audiology and allergy services highlight the clinic’s offerings, and the patients and staff enjoy multiple examination and waiting rooms, as well as a modern support office.

The clinic is walk-able for most Sayre residents, and the HUNT-designed clinic parking lot also features easy ingress and egress (as well as curbside spaces). Once inside, state-of-the-art HVAC systems and interior furnishings and finishes reflect the most recent advances in health care.
